Laced Products Private Limited (Brand HUKUM), a boot-strapped startup in the beverage manufacturing field.

Hukum is a beverage brand, made with the vision of exploring Indian drinks and their ingredients. As out tag line suggests Sau Taka Desi, the brand is continuously exploring Indian flavours that are enjoyed by everyone.

Our products are popular Indian drinks such as Jeera, paired with our niche branding, that would invoke a feeling of nostalgia and premium-ness. We are also experimenting with some everyday fun drinks, that consumers consume from their road side vendors, these drinks

have a sense of geographical exclusivity attached to them.

Our products are generally sold through type-c general stores & pan shops across Delhi/NCR. Price ranges from Rs.10-20/bottle.

Role Description

We are looking for young & dynamic individuals, who have had experience with bigger MNCs, operating for them in similar type of stores/distributors/wholesalers/super-stockists.

This is a full-time field role for a Sales Head located in Delhi NCR. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and opening key business accounts, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Head will also provide training and mentorship to the sales team and analyse sales data to improve performance.

It is imperative for the applicants to note, that our company is looking for a founding team, who could help us scale our business and product growth. It is essential for the sales head to have thorough knowledge of key accounts in the region, and handle them tactfully to place our products and develop our business relation with them.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Team Management and Account Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
