What Success Looks Like * You are the driving force behind cross-functional HR projects, leading with clarity, decisiveness, and a focus on outcomes. * You passionately advocate for HR best practices and innovation, constantly scanning for opportunities to enhance our people processes and experiences. * You break down complexity by visualizing and communicating project roadmaps and deliverables in ways that engage and align diverse teams. * You build strong partnerships across HR, Legal, Compliance, IT and beyond, influencing without authority to achieve shared success. * You embrace risk thoughtfully, mitigate barriers proactively, and adapt plans dynamically to keep projects on course. * You lead change management efforts with empathy and precision, enabling smooth adoption and sustained impact. * You challenge norms constructively, pushing back thoughtfully on ideas or decisions that don't serve the organization's best interests regardless of hierarchy. * You mentor and coach others in project management and leadership, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Responsibilities * Lead and own large-scale, complex HR projects that align tightly with Infor's strategic vision and evolving business needs. * Develop and execute detailed project plans, success metrics, enablement and communication strategies. * Collaborate globally to define project scope, gather requirements, and secure stakeholder buy-in. * Identify risks and opportunities early, crafting contingency plans and innovative solutions. * Drive decisions, consistent project updates, and transparent communication with senior leaders and key stakeholders. * Use project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and ensure accountability. * Advocate for continuous improvement, leading initiatives that refine HR processes and elevate operational effectiveness. Basic Qualifications * Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, global HR projects with measurable impact. * Exceptional project management expertise paired with a passion for HR and organizational development. * Strong business acumen * Proven ability to simplify complex problems and present actionable solutions. * Strong skills in data analysis and using HR metrics to inform decision-making. * Courage and confidence to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders constructively. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or HR Manager. * Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that inspire collaboration and trust.
