Sree Jayanathan Chits Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Tamil Nadu The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing business development or financial services preferably in chit funds banking insurance loans or finance sectors This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and execution skills to expand market presence and achieve growth targets Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies Drive customer acquisition and retention across branches in Tamil Nadu Lead train and motivate the marketing team to achieve sales and enrollment targets Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends Manage promotional campaigns events and brand-building activities Ensure compliance with company policies financial regulations and industry standards Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management Requirements Qualification Graduate Postgraduate in Marketing Business Administration or related field MBA preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development preferably in chit funds banking NBFC insurance or finance sectors Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets Strong leadership team management and decision-making skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu as required for business development Contact more details 9344023916 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
