JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly experienced & dynamic ERP Implementation Lead to spearhead our Oracle Fusion implementation within our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the ERP project, based on inputs from business process re-engineering, creation of solution design to implementation, testing, integration, go-live & end to end project management including team, stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, proven leadership skills, & a track record of successfully delivering complex ERP implementations. This role is not limited to India, s/he will be responsible for ERP implementation across the group including oversea plants.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

ERP Implementation Lead

- Project Leadership, End to End project management

Business Process Re-engineering

- Utilize inputs from business process re-engineering to inform project decisions
- Utilize inputs from business process re-engineering to inform project improvements
- Successfully map BPR process for ERP implementation

Solution Design

- Create solution designs that align with manufacturing operations and business needs.
- Validate solution designs that align with manufacturing operations and business needs.

Configuration and Customization

- Lead the configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion modules to meet specific business needs.
- guide the configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion modules to meet specific business needs.
- Ensure thorough implementation and testing of the ERP system to meet quality standards.

Training and Change Management

- Retrain existing technical IT team of Varroc on Fusion
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users
- Successfully manage change adoption across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

- Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of key stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and IT teams.
- Collaborate and manage relationships with Oracle and other implementation partners.
- Engage with stakeholders across the Varroc group, including overseas plants, to ensure alignment and support.

Team Leadership & Post Go-Live Support

- Lead and mentor the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide support and guidance during the post go-live stabilization period.
- Keep abreast of the latest Oracle Fusion updates, features, and best practices.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), Certifications will be added advantage.
- Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Experience with specific manufacturing sub-verticals (e.g., discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing).
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP deployments.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oracle fusion implementation.
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of core manufacturing processes (e.g., production planning, shop floor control, inventory management, supply chain)
- Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Supply Chain Management Cloud, Financials Cloud).
- Demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
