Location: Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad Company: Libre Tax Service – www.libreprofessionalservices.com Salary: ₹25,000/month + yearly bonus (based on performance) Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Monday – Saturday) Work Mode: In-Office Only About the Role Libre Tax Service is a U.S.-based tax and accounting firm expanding operations in Ahmedabad. We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant / Tax Assistant who wants to learn the U.S. tax and bookkeeping process from professionals with 30+ years of experience. If you have strong accounting fundamentals and want to upskill in international taxation, QuickBooks, and client bookkeeping, this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities - Support the U.S. accounting team with bookkeeping and data entry. - Maintain client ledgers and organize supporting financial documents. - Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements. - Assist in U.S. tax preparation, 1099s, and year-end reports. - Perform data entry, P&L summaries, and basic financial analysis. - Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all records. Qualifications & Skills - B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance / Accounting). - 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (freshers welcome). - Proficiency in Excel / Tally / QuickBooks Online. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadlines. - Willingness to learn U.S. accounting and tax systems. - Good English communication (written and spoken).
