This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 360000 - Rs 480000 ie INR 3 6-4 8 LPA Min Experience 2 years Location Ahmedabad JobType full-time The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in driving the organization s talent acquisition efforts This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process-from sourcing and evaluating candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth efficient and candidate-friendly hiring experience while aligning recruitment efforts with the company s strategic objectives Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies Coordinate with recruitment agencies and college placement cells to expand candidate pipelines Oversee the interview process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Support compliance maintain documentation and contribute to employer branding initiatives Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization Key Skills Traits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to evaluate and assess talent effectively Well-organized with excellent time management skills Up-to-date with current recruitment strategies and industry trends Ethical detail-oriented and focused on delivering a strong candidate experience If interested kindly share your updated resume along with details of your current salary expected salary and notice period Key Skills Recruitment Technical Hiring Candidate Sourcing Interview Coordination Talent Acquisition
