We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to drive growth. This role requires a proactive approach to market research and sales, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and present ideas.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for lead generation.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance to management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
