We specialize in providing comprehensive HR solutions, including talent acquisition, HR function setup for startups, and end-to-end payroll management.We are currently hiring on behalf of our EdTech partner, which offers industry-relevant certification programs designed to upskill professionals and bridge the talent gap in various sectors.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Officer (BDO), you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our innovative certification courses. This is a client-facing, field role that involves prospecting, conducting in-person meetings, providing course consultations, and converting leads into active customers. You will work closely with sales leadership to meet ambitious growth targets.Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads within the assigned territory through direct outreach and networking Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to promote certification courses Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions and organizations Address customer queries and effectively communicate course value propositions Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and pipeline management Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and other lead-generation activities Track and report sales activity, customer feedback, and competitor insights to            Management Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and product offerings Stay updated with EdTech trends and continuously upgrade sales skills and product knowledge Candidate Requirements 1–2 years of sales experience in the EdTech sector or B2B sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in product demonstrations and consultative selling Willingness to travel within Mumbai and assigned areas Knowledge of the education industry landscape and existing network (preferred) Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field What our client offers Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech environment Supportive and collaborative work culture Ongoing training and career growth opportunities
