Job Purpose We are looking for a Senior Executive Learning & Knowledge Management to support our Norway region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), strong coordination skills, and exposure to global learning operations. You'll play a key role in managing learning programs, maintaining data accuracy, and enhancing the overall learner experience. Job Description - Administer and manage learning activities in CSOD, including setup, user management, and reporting - Coordinate regional and global learning programs, ensuring smooth execution - Prepare learning reports, analyze data, and share insights with stakeholders - Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements - Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences You Are Meant For This Job If - Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field - 58 years of experience in Learning Operations/Knowledge Management - Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) is mandatory - Global or regional exposure preferred - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
