Job Purpose We are looking for a Senior Executive – Learning & Knowledge Management  to support our Norway region . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) , strong coordination skills, and exposure to global learning operations . You’ll play a key role in managing learning programs, maintaining data accuracy, and enhancing the overall learner experience. Job Description Administer and manage learning activities in CSOD , including setup, user management, and reporting Coordinate regional and global learning programs, ensuring smooth execution Prepare learning reports, analyze data, and share insights with stakeholders Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences You are meant for this job if: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 5–8 years of experience in Learning Operations/Knowledge Management Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)  is mandatory Global or regional exposure preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Skills Data Analysis and Reporting Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
