Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Relationship Manager located in Madurai. The Executive Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding and responding to their needs, and delivering the highest standards of customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, providing life insurance solutions, managing policy renewals, and resolving any customer concerns or escalations. Qualifications - Strong client relationship management and customer service skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions - Experience in sales, account management, or business development - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
