Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Manager - Events at Jollo Experiences in Chennai. The role involves managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction, organizing and coordinating events, and implementing strategies to enhance client experience. As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service to drive business success.
