Key Responsibilities Assist the Senior Facility Manager in daily facility operations including MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing systems HVAC DG sets and safety systems Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues Supervise housekeeping security and technical staff to ensure smooth site operations Liaise with vendors for AMC repairs and service contracts monitor service quality and escalate issues when required Maintain facility-related MIS reports DMR MMR and assist in audits inspections and compliance checks Support in budget tracking cost negotiations and ensuring adherence to approved expenses Conduct daily site inspections for safety hygiene and upkeep of assets Handle tenant client requests and ensure prompt redressal of facility-related complaints Ensure adherence to safety norms statutory requirements and company policies Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of technical facility systems Electrical HVAC DG HT-LT panels Plumbing Experience in vendor and manpower management Working knowledge of safety standards compliance and audits Proficiency in MS Office Excel and facility management reporting Good communication interpersonal and client-handling skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Qualifications Diploma Degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering preferred 3-4 years of experience in facility technical operations
