PSN Office BangaloreJob Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Microsoft Collaboration Tools Analyst to join our team The analyst will be responsible for effective license management optimizing MS products and managing SharePoint Online locked sites to ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines Actively participate in our demand management process as well as plan feature releases into our tenant Key Responsibilities As a key member of our team you will actively engage in our demand management process to prioritize and allocate resources driving business growth and operational excellence Additionally you will plan and coordinate feature releases into our tenant to enhance capabilities and achieve strategic business objectives Key Responsibilities Effective License Management Oversee and manage MS product licenses to ensure compliance and cost efficiency This responsibility ensures that the organization avoids unnecessary costs and legal issues related to licensing thereby optimizing budget allocation and maintaining operational integrity Optimization Drive innovation by optimizing MS products to enhance our technological capabilities By continuously improving and adapting MS products the analyst helps the organization stay ahead in the competitive market ensuring that our tools are always up-to-date and efficient SharePoint Locked Site Management Administer locked sites to ensure compliance with enterprise document management lifecycle This ensures that the organization s data is secure and compliant with regulatory standards protecting the company from potential legal and financial repercussions What you will have Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field Proven experience in administering and supporting Microsoft collaboration tools Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing management and compliance requirements Experience with SharePoint administration particularly in managing locked sites and ensuring compliance with records and information management guidelines Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft collaboration tools 5 days work from office Preferred Qualifications Strong administrative expertise of Microsoft 365 applications
