We are now seeking aSales Manager (B2C)to connect with engaged couples, understand their vision, and assist them in selecting the perfect photography & films experience for their special day.
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager (B2C) will be responsible for driving direct consumer sales by managing client inquiries, building strong relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The role requires a combination of consultative selling, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle incoming leads from multiple channels (Instagram, website, referrals, exhibitions, etc.) in a prompt and professional manner.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their wedding vision, requirements, and preferences, and recommend tailored photography & film packages.
- Follow-up & Conversion: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to ensure timely follow-ups and close bookings.
- Client Presentations: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, showcase portfolios, and explain the unique value proposition of WhatKnot.
- Negotiation & Closing: Create customized proposals, handle pricing discussions, and ensure contracts are signed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional and personalized experience to clients, ensuring they feel valued from the first interaction to final delivery.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Awareness: Keep updated with wedding industry trends, competitors, and client preferences.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in luxury, wedding, or creative services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong storytelling ability to convey the brand&aposs creative vision.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for weddings and events.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and online communication platforms.
