About Ferguson Ferguson is the largest value-added distributor serving the specialized professional in the residential and non-residential North American construction market We help make our customers complex projects simple successful and sustainable by providing expertise and a wide range of products and services from plumbing HVAC appliances and lighting solutions to pipe valves and fittings water and wastewater solutions and more Headquartered in Newport News Virginia Ferguson has sales of 29 6 billion fiscal year 24 and approximately 35 000 associates in nearly 1 800 locations ANSR is the market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs ANSR s full-stack GCC platform comprising end-to-end Al- enabled products and services is trusted by the world s best companies to help them set up manage and run their high-impact technology centers Since its inception ANSR has established over 125 GCCs aggregating to over 125k enterprise talent with over 2B in investment and using over 12M sq ft of workspace Visit ansr com for more information Duties and Responsibilities Design develop and execute automated test scripts and test frameworks for SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow implementations and related IdM solutions Implement and maintain automated regression testing to quickly identify defects in complex IdM workflows integrations and access controls Work closely with multi-functional teams including developers product managers and security engineers to understand requirements and build automated testing strategies and build into project scope and timelines Evaluate technical risks for new requirements and associated changes Analyze testing processes and make recommendations to drive improvement Review and validate integration points between SailPoint and other applications to ensure seamless data flow and proper access control applying automated tests where applicable Conduct performance security and scalability testing to identify potential vulnerabilities or performance issues using automation where possible and to work closely with the development teams to drive issue resolution Document monitor and analyze automated test results using insights to improve test coverage quality and efficiency Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues using automation for repetitive tasks and data-driven testing Stay up-to-date with the latest IdM and SailPoint updates as well as automation tools and practices to ensure optimal test automation processes Qualifications and Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Identity Management access governance and test automation solutions Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow including creating automated test scripts for workflows provisioning and access review testing Strong understanding of test automation tools and languages In-depth knowledge of Identity Management principles including SSO MFA LDAP and SAML Experience in scripting for test automation and data-driven testing Familiarity with performance testing and security testing in IdM contexts Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies particularly in relation to continuous testing practices Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications SailPoint certification s or equivalent expertise Experience with other IAM solutions like CyberArk Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks e g SOX and their impact on identity management Proficiency in SQL and data integration testing for identity systems Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as JMeter Postman or Rest Assured for API testing
