SEO Lead

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and hands-on experience with AI-powered SEO workflows. This role focuses on driving organic traffic, boosting SERP rankings (including AI Overviews), enhancing structured search visibility, and generating high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities Technical SEO Optimization - Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits addressing crawlability, indexing, robots.txt, canonicalization, site speed, structured data, and mobile-first usability. - Implement and manage schema markup and advanced structured data (FAQ, How-To, Product, Local Business, Video, Review, and custom JSON-LD implementations) to maximize rich snippet and Knowledge Graph visibility. - Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to improve page speed and user experience. - Perform log file analysis to understand crawl behavior and ensure targeted pages are prioritized for indexing. - Optimize URL structures, pagination, hreflang, breadcrumb schema, and internal linking for better semantic crawl depth. - Troubleshoot technical SEO errors (indexing, JavaScript rendering, duplicate content, crawl budget waste). On-Page & Off-Page SEO - Strategically optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, structured content blocks, and entity-based targeting for priority keywords. - Conduct keyword research, clustering, and competitor SERP analysis to identify ranking opportunities, including AI Overview queries. - Build E-E-A-T compliant content strategies (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness). - Oversee ethical link acquisition campaigns (digital PR, high-authority backlinks, HARO outreach, niche link-building). AI Tools & PromptOps Integration - Leverage AI-driven SEO workflows for automated keyword clustering, content gap analysis, and topical authority building. - Develop AI-enhanced meta tag, schema, and content generation prompts to meet SEO + brand voice requirements. - Monitor and optimize rankings in AI Overviews & generative AI results. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, SurferSEO, NeuronWriter, Clearscope) for content ideation and optimization. Organic Traffic & Lead Generation - Build topic cluster and pillar page strategies to boost topical authority and long-term rankings. - Increase organic conversions via CRO-focused SEO (A/B testing landing page elements, optimizing funnel performance). - Drive leads through content marketing campaigns aligned with business & audience needs. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track SEO KPIs including keyword rankings, CTR, SERP features, schema-driven visibility, crawl stats, Core Web Vitals, and conversions. - Provide deep-dive analytics and dashboards via Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. - Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to executives and stakeholders. Collaboration & Strategy - Partner with developers to ensure technical SEO best practices for site migrations, new features, and CMS builds. - Work with designers and content writers for UX-friendly, SEO-optimized content delivery. - Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and evolving ranking factors. - Contribute to long-term SEO roadmaps, aligning with overall business and marketing strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with specialization in technical SEO, schema, and lead generation. - Advanced use of tools: Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, DeepCrawl. - Strong knowledge of structured data, JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals optimization, hreflang, and JavaScript SEO. - Hands-on development knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify). - Experience using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, SurferSEO) to create SEO-friendly prompts and optimize workflows. - Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools for SEO audits, content mapping, and performance tracking. - Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. - Experience in content optimization frameworks that align with E-E-A-T and entity-based SEO. Soft Skills - Strategic thinker with project management skills. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and ROI-focused mindset. - Ability to lead and mentor SEO team members.
