Job Location: Pune (1 Opening ) and Hyderabad (1 Opening) Must have skills: Hardware Design / Team Leading / Project Deliveries / Project Management / EMI EMC Testing Technical Job Responsibilities Skills: - Hands on Design and implementation Digital and analog hardware for HW Engineering projects as HW architect - Implement High speed, Analog, Digital, Low power, Mixed Signal, RF Designs - Have experience in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity, Thermal Analysis - Estimate effort for hardware design for proposals - Competency building of HW team aligning with technology roadmap of the company, identifying skill set gaps and filling the gaps to have self-sufficiency - Mentoring team members to next level and making them scale-able - Team synergy development Managerial - Lead the design team in task assignment, prioritization, and scheduling - Help the team in debugging designs - Review and implement designs and provide guidance for HW design - Successfully deliver all HW design Projects with on time delivery, Quality and customer satisfaction - Develop and Implement good HW design guidelines and Process - Find ways to Provide additional HW design Services and expand HW design solution offering to customers - Good Interpersonal Skills and Team Player - Willing to relocate or travel frequently to US/EU on onsite assignments based on org needs - Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
