As a Product Delivery Associate within the AI/ML Solutions team, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business success. You help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while supporting the firm's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

- Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data solutions to support business growth and efficiency
- Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver data product solutions aligned with business objectives
- Evaluates and adopts emerging data technologies to enhance data capabilities
- Engages with data owners to understand and prioritize data demands, improving process flows through reporting and analysis
- Develops data product ideas by understanding analytics needs and facilitating data-driven decision-making
- Documents data requirements and models data for efficient querying and use in large language models

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

- Expertise in data technologies including analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, data warehousing, data management, and AWS cloud solutions
- Experience in Databricks and DBT for data transformation and modeling
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation in Snowflake, Datalake, or AWS Athena
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or CJA
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills
