Job Title: Delivery Lead Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/On-site) Experience: 6–10 Years (Minimum 8+ years overall with 2+ years in delivery leadership) Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a highly capable Delivery Lead with a proven track record in leading end-to-end delivery of custom IT or digital solutions . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the full project lifecycle — from concept and planning to development, testing, and go-live — while leading a cross-functional team of 10+ members. The role demands strong project management acumen, stakeholder handling, and the ability to balance delivery excellence with business value realization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple digital or custom IT projects. Own the project lifecycle from initiation to go-live , ensuring successful completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget. Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, product, data, and DevOps). Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively with proactive mitigation plans. Conduct effort estimation, project planning, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives, ROI , and value realization . Facilitate Agile delivery through scrum ceremonies , sprint planning, and retrospectives (though this alone isn’t the core focus). Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and validate outcomes. Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement in delivery processes. Support project audits, documentation, and compliance with governance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of overall experience in IT or Digital solution delivery. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery with teams of 10+ members . Proven experience in project initiation, planning, execution, and go-live phases. Strong background in custom web application or data application delivery. Solid understanding of project management principles — risk management, effort estimation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (JIRA, Confluence). Strong grasp of business case development, ROI, and value measurement . Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions. Good to Have: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs. Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
