Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Vasai Virar. Qualifications We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive with expertise and domestic marketing for color cosmetics, specifically UV gel nail polish. This role will focus on B2B business development, Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Business Development - Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and expand market presence. - Identify and engage new B2B clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers. - Conduct market research to stay updated on global color cosmetics trends, competitor brands, and consumer preferences. - Drive B2B sales, negotiate deals, and secure long-term business partnerships. - Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain financial discipline with clients. Operations & Coordination - Work closely with the factory team to oversee sampling, production, and dispatch processes. - Coordinate with shipping agencies to track and manage order deliveries efficiently. - Prepare and analyze monthly MIS sales reports to measure performance and improve strategies. - Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings. Industry & Product Expertise - Strong understanding of color cosmetics brands, market spaces, and emerging trends. - Experience in shade matching and product development within the UV gel nail polish or color cosmetics industry. - Ability to provide insights on brand positioning, packaging, and product differentiation. Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent communication & negotiation skills to engage with both domestic clients. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Creative and strategic mindset to drive product positioning in competitive markets. Education & Experience: - Graduate degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field). - 2 to 5 years of experience in the color cosmetics / packaging industry (preferred).
