Job Summary

We are seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, build, and support integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. This role requires expertise in Workday integration tools and certifications, along with the ability to work closely with IT, HR, and business teams to deliver seamless and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Build and support custom Workday reports using BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Create and manage calculated fields, composite reports, dashboards, and custom reports in Workday.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely fixes and minimal business disruption.
- Validate and test integrations during Workday upgrades/releases.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and integration process details.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, JSON.
- Experience with BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Pro Integrations Certification (mandatory).
- Workday Studio Certification (mandatory).
