Role Description

We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.

This role also requires a strong understanding of Workdays integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams.

Skills

  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting.
  • Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations.
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
