Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Success Stars Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling digital marketing services and products, with a willingness to engage in field sales across Bangalore. This role provides an exciting opportunity to grow within the company, with the potential to become an equity shareholder over time based on performance. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and generate leads for digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development. ● Conduct sales meetings with potential clients and present our digital solutions effectively. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses and key decision-makers. ● Work on achieving sales targets and business growth objectives. ● Conduct field visits to meet prospects and close deals in person. ● Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to deliver customised solutions. ● Maintained records of interactions, sales, and client requirements. ● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Requirements: ● Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing services or SaaS products. ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Ability to work independently and take initiative in sales activities. ● Willingness to travel within Bangalore for field sales. ● Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. ● Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is an advantage. ● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field would be an advantage, but it is not required.
