Project Manager - Mechanical with over 25 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale mechanical engineering projects The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution from planning and design review to procurement construction commissioning and handover while ensuring adherence to timelines budgets quality and safety standards Project Leadership Execution Lead complete lifecycle management of mechanical projects EPC turnkey Define project scope objectives milestones and deliverables Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality norms Lead guide and mentor project engineers and site teams Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement Planning Coordination Prepare and monitor project schedules resource allocation and progress reports Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams civil electrical instrumentation etc Manage vendors contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution Commercial Contract Management Review contracts BOQs and tender documents Manage project budgets cost control and claims dispute resolution Liaise with clients consultants and stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations Preferred Background Large-scale experience in Power Plants Oil Gas EPC Projects Hands-on exposure to mechanical erection commissioning fabrication and maintenance projects Prior Experience of Green Hydrogen Ammonia and derivative projects would be preferred Knowledge of Current Market dynamics for pricing would be added advantage
