Below is the JD for the Proposal Writer (Mid-Level). My3Tech is seeking a talented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting compelling proposals for private, state, and federal government contracts. As a Proposal Writer, you will play a critical role in helping us secure new opportunities and expand our presence in the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and insights required for proposal development. - Research and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations to understand project requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance guidelines. - Develop and write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that addresses client needs and showcases our strengths and capabilities. - Create compelling executive summaries, cover letters, and other proposal sections to engage and captivate evaluators. - Edit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting and style guidelines. - Coordinate proposal development activities, including proposal kick-off meetings, content reviews, and document version control. - Maintain a proposal library with up-to-date content, templates, and reusable boilerplate text. - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in government procurement regulations. Qualifications: - Master's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing for private, state, and federal government contracts. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT and Excel). - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Experience with technical writing and IT proposals is a plus.
