**Job Title: Proposal Writer**

**Work Location: Hyderabad Office -SPINO(WFH)**

**Experience: 3+ Years**

**Salary: DOE**

**Shift time: 3:30 pm to 12:30 pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Proposal Writer in IT Services / Consulting Firms.
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, RFQ responses, and other client-facing materials.
- Analyse RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure that the proposal addresses all mandatory and desired criteria.
- Write and edit proposal content, ensuring it is tailored to the specific client needs and addresses their pain points.
- Craft executive summaries, cover letters, and other introductory materials that capture the essence of the proposal.
- Create compelling narratives that highlight the company & strengths, expertise, and competitive advantages.
- Translate technical and complex information into clear, concise, and compelling written documents.
- Structure proposals in a logical and organized manner, following the prescribed format and guidelines.
- Ensure that all sections of the proposal are well-organized, with clear headings, tables, and graphics as needed.
- Conduct research on the client & industry, competitors, and business challenges to tailor proposals effectively.
- Ensure that proposals adhere to all specified compliance requirements and meet the company & quality standards.
- Keep a record of past proposals and reusable content for future use.
- Proven experience as a proposal writer in the software industry or a similar technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communication, marketing, technical writing, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
