Were looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally-savvy intern to join our team someone who loves social media, can manage CRM tools, and thrives in the fast-paced startup world.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update our E-Commerce CRM with accuracy.
- Ideate, create, and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies.
- Track engagement and suggest creative ways to improve reach and interaction.
- Assist in customer relationship management, responding to queries, and maintaining customer data.
- Work independently while staying aligned with team goals.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Creative mindset with good communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to visit the office once a week or less if needed.
