We are in search of a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital presence across various platforms. Situated in Fiji, you will be responsible for overseeing content strategy, driving engagement, and establishing brand awareness. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, design, and customer service teams to develop cohesive campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement social media strategies tailored to the Fiji market
Oversee daily posting, content creation, and platform analytics
Execute paid social campaigns to expand reach and drive conversions
Monitor trends, engage with followers, and manage online reputation
Collaborate with influencers and local partners
Provide reports on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on social media management experience
Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Demonstrated experience with paid ad campaigns and analytics tools
Exceptional communication, creativity, and organizational skills
Familiarity with the Fijian market is a plus
