Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in New Delhi. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence, build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and oversee engaging content — posts, reels, videos, stories, and graphics.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and manage community growth.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for campaign execution.
  • Run paid social media ads and track ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to trends quickly.
  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Experience with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads, Ads, etc.).
