Social Media - Client Servicing (Digital Marketing Agency)

Level - Manager | Role - Permanent | Location - Delhi 

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a senior manager in client servicing with a creative soul and a strategic mind, to work on managing and growing the clients from India's leading B2B and B2B brands. The person should have a track record of delivering creative, amazing and value adding service to the client.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an affiliated university.
  • 2- 3 years of proven client servicing experience with a digital agency or agencies.
  • Capability to ideate & propose concepts, out-of-the-box ideas and strategies that help create business impact.
  • Collaborate with client's marketing, PR, and agency's internal team to develop a variety of communication materials including the content for social media as & when required.
  • Handle digital activities but not limited to Social Media Management, Digital Campaign Ideation & Execution, Search Engine Optimization (management only / no execution), Paid Media Ads(management only / no execution) and Influencer Campaigns.
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines and pressure.
  • Hands on experience in Power Point and Excel software's.

  • Understands creative brief to generate unique ideas for existing clients and agency pitches.
  • Conceptualizes brand campaigns for social media and other digital platforms.
  • Through knowledge of Social Media & Google Analytics for devising strategies as per the data insights and reporting.
  • Through knowledge of social media platforms, SEO technicalities, SEM technicalities (Social & Google Paid Media) and website project technicalities.
  • A keen eye & thorough understanding of creative design trends in tech, branding, advertising, and related fields.
  • Collaborates with marketing, copywriters, product team to ensure consistency of unique communication across various social media platforms.
  • Positive and committed with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach to complex problems.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines, be proactive, and manage multiple projects
  • simultaneously.
  • Understands and maintains consistency & brand values across all digital marketing clients.
