Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employer Branding Specialist based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Employer Branding Specialist will focus on developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing recruitment marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote organizational values, and ensuring alignment of branding initiatives with recruitment objectives. Qualifications - Strong background in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing - Solid foundation in Marketing strategies and communication expertise - Experience in Recruiting and understanding diverse talent acquisition strategies - Proficiency in project management and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives - Background in employer branding or digital marketing is a plus - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
