This position reports to the Head of Communications Service Center Key Responsibilities - Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and web content for talent acquisition - Create recruitment marketing materials and campaign visuals - Support photo and video content creation - Assist with basic design projects from concept to completion - Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to execute brand guidelines - Manage various design execution projects simultaneously, sometimes under tight timelines - Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and maintain brand consistency across design projects Complexity - Ability to handle high volumes of activity - Ability to work with team remotely, across several countries - Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decision Skills (Preferred) - Basic video editing experience - Understanding of design for marketing/recruitment - Experience with content creation tools - Knowledge of social media platforms - Strong organizational skills Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field - Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva - Understanding of digital design concepts for social media and web - Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines - Fluent English is a must.
