Digital & Operational Tools • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing business development pipelines. • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize sales performance. • Knowledge of digital collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and project management software. Leadership Capabilities • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships. • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals. • Strategic thinker with the ability to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
