Job Description

Position Overview

Veranda Learning Solutions is seeking a dynamic and visionary CSR Head to lead ourfundraising and partnership effortsin theSchool and K12 education segment. The CSR Head will design, execute, and scale initiatives focused on enabling access to quality education for underprivileged children, strengthen relationships with corporate CSR partners, and create sustainable models of impact through school-based programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Fundraising & Partnerships
- Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy aligned with the K12 education mission of Veranda.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with corporate CSR heads, foundations, NGOs, and philanthropic networks.
- Create compelling proposals, MoUs, and impact reports to attract and retain funding partners.
- Program Strategy & Execution
- Conceptualize and drive CSR initiatives in theSchool and K12 ecosystem(teacher training, digital infrastructure, leadership & soft skill development, competitive exam awareness, scholarship programs).
- Align initiatives withNEP 2020 goalsandSDG 4 Quality Education.
- Collaborate with internal academic, technology, and operations teams to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitoring & Impact Measurement
- Establish clear KPIs for funded projects and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive data-driven impact assessment and publish annual CSR impact reports.
- Manage compliance with CSR regulations and ensure timely fund utilization reporting.
- Brand & Advocacy
- Position Verandas School & K12 CSR initiatives as a thought leader in the education ecosystem.
- Represent the organization at CSR forums, education summits, and industry panels.
- Create visibility campaigns that highlight success stories and outcomes of CSR projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:5-7 years in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or development sector, with a strong track record ineducation-focused initiatives.
- Network:Established connects with CSR decision-makers, foundations, and government bodies.
- Skills:
- Strong fundraising acumen and proposal-writing skills
- Ability to align business goals with social impact agendas
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Educational Background:MBA / Masters in Social Work / Development Studies / Education or equivalent preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Annual CSR fund inflow targets achieved.
- Number of strategic partnerships built in School & K12 space.
- Measurable learning outcomes and student/teacher beneficiaries impacted.
- Quality and timeliness of compliance & impact reporting.
