Job Description Frugivore India private limited is a fast-growing leader in the FMCG industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to driving sales growth and market expansion. Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the company's products have maximum market visibility. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a competitive FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories and channels. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share. Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and generate leads. Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising at retail outlets. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and trade activities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 25 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry (field sales experience strongly preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with local market dynamics and distribution channels. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
