About ANSR Global CorporationANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design set up and enabling operations For over 18 years companies cutting across size industry and markets have relied on ANSRs expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams Since its inception ANSR has established over 90 GCCs Our experience spans across industries including retail CPG banking insurance travel transportation and healthcare We operate in supply-rich locations like India Central and Eastern Europe South America Canada and Southeast Asia Role and Responsibilities The Rewards Consultant will be required to develop review coordinate and implement effective strategies procedures and programs related to compensation and benefitsKey Responsibilities Build rewards relevant and tailored to Internal ANSR Talent Deliver high quality effective solutions in the following areas Market benchmarking Compensation Benefits Pay ranges design implementation Benefits design Budgeting annual cycle management Compensation structuring Statutory impact related updates Manage C B project modules independently Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to internal team Collate analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market Experience and Requirements Required Experience and Skills 10 years of experience in a compensation role Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights High level of proficiency in MS Office Regional global experience in C B Preferred Experience and Skills Proficiency in data management visualization tools suite like Flow Sharepoint Tableau PowerBI would be an added advantage University degree in HR with a Masters MBA strongly required Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonus Required Competencies Technical Expertise Compensation Benefits exposure as outlined above Written and Verbal Communication Delivers clear effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others Understands complex ideas but able to simplify and explain problems and solutions in terms everyone can understand Problem Solving Identifies problems and uses logic judgment and data to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions to achieve the desired organizational goal or outcome Self-confidence Confidently conveys their knowledge and know-how to others Commands the respect of others through their subject matter expertise and enthusiastic approach Ability to improvise Because organizations are always evolving and changing able to foresee and implement multiple solutions Excellent listening skills Before solutions can be discovered problems need to be fully understood Carefully listens to the needs of stakeholders to implement solutions that address their specific needs Trustworthy Develops strong relationships with their stakeholders based on integrity and trust Ethical Standards Act in an honest and trustworthy manner in all interactions Ensure company policies programs and culture reflect a high integrity environment ANSR Global Corporation
