Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kurnool for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailor-made housing finance solutions. Daily tasks include client acquisition, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining thorough knowledge of the company's products and services. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to streamline service delivery and meet operational goals. Qualifications - Customer Relationship Management and Client Acquisition skills - Good understanding of housing finance products and services - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in local languages and relevant sales experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
