Job Description

About the Role

JRS Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and the drive to achieve sales targets, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and share relevant information to build interest.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and share feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

Graduate from any stream (preferred).

6 months 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.

Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.

Strong persuasive, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Hindi & English (Bengali/Marathi preferred).

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
