Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, presenting and promoting Kuvera Organics' products and services, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves keeping accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
- Strong persuasiveness and ability to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
