Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, presenting and promoting Kuvera Organics&apos products and services, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves keeping accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
- Strong persuasiveness and ability to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
