We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and challenges.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
