Overview:
The Market Development team plays a vital role in engaging with customers and driving revenue. This team includes functions like Renewals, High-Value Memberships (HVM), Hubs, and Retail Centers, all working towards a common goal—closing the next sale
Requirements
Role:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, pitching premium products to potential customers, and driving conversions. To succeed in this role, you should be persuasive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
- Follow a structured sales process to convert free members into premium subscribers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call disposition and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily targets for talk time, number of calls, and revenue generation.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally while providing relevant product recommendations.
- Participate in periodic performance assessments and training sessions.
- If required, engage with walk-in customers, explain product features, and facilitate premium membership conversions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and reporting related to sales activities are accurately maintained.
What You Should Have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear diction.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or higher.
