We are Hiring for Solution Architect with AEM Integration

Location: Bangalore/Remote

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead the architecture for Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise clients.

Design integrated digital experience platforms using AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.

Architect personalization strategies using Adobe Target, customer segmentation, and real-time decisioning.

Define integration blueprints for connecting commerce with ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, and other third-party systems.

Ensure best practices in scalability, performance optimization, and security for enterprise-grade deployments.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

Partner with business development teams to design winning technical proposals and solution architectures.

Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for commerce and AEM solutions.

Map client business objectives to Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and recommend adoption roadmaps.

Provide accurate effort estimates and delivery timelines during proposal preparation.

Implementation Leadership

Oversee multi-solution implementations integrating Adobe Commerce with AEM and analytics tools.

Provide technical governance throughout delivery to ensure alignment with approved architecture.

Guide teams in implementing AEM content workflows, targeting rules, and personalization campaigns.

Ensure smooth collaboration between UX, development, QA, and DevOps teams for on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of IT solutioning experience, with 5+ years in Adobe Commerce/Magento Enterprise architecture.

Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.

Proven expertise in personalization, A/B testing, targeting, and audience segmentation.

Solid understanding of headless commerce, API-first design, and microservices architecture.

Experience integrating Adobe solutions with ERP, CRM, marketing automation, and third-party APIs.

Familiarity with Adobe Managed Services (AMS), Adobe I/O Runtime, and cloud hosting environments (Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
