  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex eCommerce and retail IT projects (B2B/B2C), ensuring timely completion, quality, and adherence to business objectives and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, business analysts, and client stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and risk assessments to ensure effective project management.
  • Effectively manage project scope, changes, and client communications to maintain project health and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of Agile methodologies and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client demos to foster collaboration and transparency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing transparent communication and expectation management.
  • Work closely with solution architects and technical leads to resolve delivery challenges and technical roadblocks.
  • Track and report project key performance indicators (KPIs), burn rates, velocity, and other critical metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and production go-live activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews and prepare project closure documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years in eCommerce and Retail project delivery.
  • Proven track record managing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), SAP Hybris, Shopify Plus, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including product catalog, promotions, order lifecycle, inventory, fulfillment, and returns.
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in global delivery models (onshore-offshore).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with OMS (KIBO, Manhattan, Sterling), PIM (Akeneo, Salsify), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and Analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps basics is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
