eCommerce Technical Squad Lead will be responsible for managing the eCommerce Local squad - delivering eCommerce solutions This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize SAP solutions that enhance the customer journey and streamline business operations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP eCommerce platform and a proven track record of successful project delivery What will you do in this role Collaborate with the Global Business Process Lead on eCommerce commercial stakeholders and stream leads to ensure appropriate integration of eCommerce processes across the organization Dedicated to defining technical solutions specifically for SAP Commerce Cloud and the wider ecosystem Support the development of SAP Commerce Cloud and manage daily operations within the eCommerce local Squad Act in a leadership role to provide technical guidance to the development team and other functional and delivery team members Help to translate the business requirements into technical requirements and design specifications Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all applications within the ecosystem Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to eCommerce processes in a timely manner Stay updated on industry trends SAP advancements and emerging eCommerce technologies to drive continuous improvement What Should you have Bachelor s degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP Commerce Hybris with experience in eCommerce Content Management Migrations CMS and Supply Chain applications implementations Proven experience -
