Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage relationships with OEMs distributors and end customers to drive bearing sales - Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory industry - Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients ensuring correct application of bearings - Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and quotations - Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth - Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction - Gather market intelligence on competitors pricing and trends to support strategy - Participate in exhibitions customer visits and product demonstrations - Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline and customer interactions in CRM reports Requirements - Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred or related discipline - 2-6 years of experience in industrial product sales bearings spares mechanical components or related - Strong understanding of mechanical components preferably bearings and rotating equipment - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets - Willingness to travel within assigned region Nice to Have - Prior experience with OEM clients in automotive industrial machinery or heavy engineering sectors - Familiarity with distributor channel sales in industrial products ref updazz com
