Sales Person - ExportsLocation New Delhi IndiaWorkplace Type Remote OnsiteAbout the Role- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Person to join our dynamic exports team specializing in the tyre industry This role is pivotal in driving sales growth cultivating strong customer relationships and identifying lucrative new business opportunities within the international market - As a key member of the Sales and Marketing department you will be instrumental in expanding our global footprint and achieving ambitious sales targets This position is open to female candidates only reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusion Key Responsibilities Sales Growth Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets contributing significantly to the overall growth of the company s export business Customer Relationship Management Build nurture and maintain robust relationships with both existing and potential customers ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships Market Research Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging business opportunities stay abreast of industry trends and analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making Product Knowledge Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our comprehensive range of tyre products effectively communicating their features benefits and value propositions to customers Sales Strategy Develop and implement innovative and effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets expand existing customer relationships and maximize sales potential Communication Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including logistics production and marketing to ensure smooth order execution timely delivery and exceptional customer service Reporting Prepare and submit regular sales reports providing insights into market trends customer feedback and sales performance Negotiation Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with customers ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions Travel Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients attend trade shows and conduct market research as required Required Skills QualificationsExperience Proven experience in sales preferably within the tyre industry or a related field with a strong track record of achieving sales targets Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and build rapport with customers Negotiation Skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and secure favorable terms Market Knowledge In-depth knowledge of international markets including cultural nuances trade regulations and competitive landscape Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM software Language Skills Fluency in English is essential proficiency in additional languages is a plus Problem-Solving Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively Self-Motivation Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales Additional InformationThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the tyre industry and contribute to our continued success in the global market We offer a competitive salary 10 - 30 LPA depending on experience and benefits package as well as opportunities for professional development and growth The notice period required is up to 30 days We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company We do not discriminate on the basis of race religion color national origin gender sexual orientation age marital status veteran status or disability status We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees ref updazz com
