Location: Agra / Noida

Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office, 5 Days a Week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical backgroundpreferably in DevOps, Java, Frontend, or Mobile App Developmentcombined with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.

This role requires a blend of consulting mindset, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource planning in alignment with business goals.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance using key metrics and ensure adherence to agile best practices.
- Mentor team members and provide continuous feedback to support their professional growth.
- Contribute to account management by identifying new opportunities for up-sell or cross-sell within ongoing engagements.
- Assist with project proposals, estimates, and resource forecasting for new project requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing complex and highly technical development projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Hands-on technical understanding of DevOps, Java, Frontend, or Mobile technologies is a plus
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and associated project tracking tools and metrics
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities across distributed/global teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or Business (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MBA)
- PMP or Agile certifications (preferred)
- Strong client-facing skills with a consulting mindset and client-first approach
