Project Execution Head - BESSWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Execution Head to lead thesuccessful implementation of Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS projects This role willbe crucial in overseeing all aspects of project execution from initial planning and design tocommissioning and handover The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership technicalexpertise and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and withinbudget Key Responsibilities xefx82xb7 Project Planning Management o Develop and maintain detailed project schedules budgets and resource plans o Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges o Monitor project progress track key performance indicators KPIs andgenerate regular reports o Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout theproject lifecycle o Execution cost controlxefx82xb7 Technical Oversight o Oversee the design procurement of services and installation of BESSsystems including all associated equipment batteries inverters transformers etc liaisoningo Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal system design andintegration o Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess feasibility and address any sitespecific challenges xefx82xb7 Procurement Logistics o Manage the procurement process for all project materials and equipment o Coordinate logistics and transportation of equipment to project sites o Oversee the installation and commissioning of BESS systems xefx82xb7 Team Leadership Management o Lead and mentor a team of project managers technicians and other personnel o Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors andsuppliers o Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication within the project teamand with stakeholders xefx82xb7 Client Management o Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle o Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction o Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and stakeholders xefx82xb7 Compliance Regulations o Ensure compliance with all relevant safety environmental and regulatoryrequirements o Obtain necessary permits and approvals for BESS projects o Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements Qualifications xefx82xb7 Bachelor s degree in Engineering Power Systems Engineering or a related field xefx82xb7 15 years of experience in project management and execution of large-scale energyprojects with a strong focus on BESS projects xefx82xb7 Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule xefx82xb7 Strong technical expertise in BESS technologies including battery chemistry powerelectronics and grid integration xefx82xb7 Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills xefx82xb7 Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projectssimultaneously xefx82xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills xefx82xb7 Proficiency in project management software e g Primavera P6 Microsoft Project xefx82xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills xefx82xb7 Master s degree in a relevant field xefx82xb7 Experience with grid-scale energy storage systems xefx82xb7 Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations xefx82xb7 Experience with renewable energy integration e g solar wind xefx82xb7 PMP certification
